- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Strategy Development**:
a. Develop, implement, and oversee our social media strategy.

b. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies, including trending topics like reels.

**2. Content Creation**:
a. Create, curate, and manage all content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms.

b. Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting, highlighting important dates.

c. Utilize graphic design tools for content creation.

**3. Community Engagement**:
a. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations and utilize social listening tools to gather insights

b. Cultivate a positive community environment and enhance user experience.

**4. Team Collaboration**:
a. Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to maintain cohesive messaging.

b. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:
a. Use data to refine strategies and set goals for increasing social media followers.

b. Present findings and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
