**Job Description: On-Field Sales Representative**

Are you passionate about luxury home decor and skilled in salesmanship? Join Mira Luxury as an On-Field Sales Representative and be part of a team dedicated to bringing elegance and style to homes across the country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit bath decor and interior decor showrooms to showcase and pitch Mira Luxury products.
- Build and maintain relationships with showroom owners and managers to secure prime display space for our products.
- Educate showroom staff on the features and benefits of Mira Luxury products to enhance their sales effectiveness.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to showroom staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our presence in the market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home decor or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
