We are seeking a talented Front End Leader to join our team. As a Leader, you will be responsible for **designing, developing, and delivering high-quality digital experiences for our clients.**

You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand their business goals, user needs, and technical requirements, and provide the technical guidance and leadership needed to build scalable and innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for **driving front end capability development**across the organization.
- Mentor a front end community of developers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements.
- Define and articulate the **technical vision, strategy, and roadmap**for the project and ensure alignment with the client’s business objectives.
- Design and develop high-quality architecture documents and code the base solution for a framework.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Drive technology consulting assignments, providing technical guidance and advice to clients on the latest web technologies, best practices, and trends.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices, design patterns, and reusable components.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies, best practices, and trends, and incorporate them into our development process.
- Evangelize good web technology practices both internally and with clients.
- Estimate**project effort, staffing needs, schedules, roadmap**s, and other operational details to successfully track and drive inflight projects.
- Continually identify emerging trends and position the team to take full advantage of them.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Architect or Technical Lead in past
- Demonstrable Hands-on Expertise in modern Front-End technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Node.js.
- Experience with design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices for Front-End development.
- Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team of developers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
