**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review reported abusive content according to abuse policy.
- Address reported Copyright/Honor code violations.
- Review Expert Answerer accounts/answers as per company guidelines.
- Handle student escalations and assist in ad hoc moderation tasks.
- Collaborate with SMEs and aim for quick resolutions.
- Extend support in ad-hoc/digital marketing projects.

**Skills required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a thorough knowledge of the English language - grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.
- Graduation is a must. Proficiency in MS Excel will be preferred.
- Adaptable and quick learners who foster positivity in team dynamics.

**Selection Process**:

- Student registration acceptance on the NATS portal.
