Job description:

- **Office Support**: Order supplies, maintain inventory, and handle mail and deliveries.
- **Customer Service**: Provide a welcoming and helpful environment for visitors and clients.
- **Other Duties**: May assist with HR tasks, event coordination, or other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- **Scheduling**: Booking appointments, managing meeting rooms, and coordinating conference calls.
- **Communication**: Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person.
- **Office Management**: Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and handling mail and deliveries.
- **Data Entry**: Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, or other electronic systems.
- **Filing**: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
- **Customer Service**: Greeting visitors, providing information, and assisting with their needs.
