- To supervise the internal direct and indirect tax team and liaise with the accounts team
- To ensure timely direct and indirect tax compliance, and to frame internal procedures to ensure such timely compliance
- To advise the management on various tax issues arising out of proposed transactions, and to suggest optimal solutions
- To review draft agreements to be entered into by group entities from a taxation Perspective
- To liaise, co-ordinate with and support external tax consultants and legal counsel in relation to various tax advice, assessments and appeals of the group entities
