**Functional/Systems Analyst - Finastra Loan IQ**
- GCI are seeking an experienced Functional/Systems Analyst to join their fast growing international team on a work from home basis in India.

**The applicant must**:

- Have a minimum 5 years' experience of the Finastra Loan IQ product.
- Be proficient in gathering and analysing Business Requirements, Technical & Functional Specification Design documentation, and test case design.
- Have experience of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle.
- Have knowledge in Java, SQL, Windows, and API integration.

**The role includes the following responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyse user requirements, ensuring the requirements are documented into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Work with functional teams to analyse and define the integration requirements between modules and interfaces with other systems.
- Perform requirement traceability and identify out of scope requirements.
- Review, identify and resolve conflicting, incomplete and inaccurate requirements.
- Review and evaluate functional and technical design specifications prepared by vendors from business and technical point of view.
- Review, verify & validate fixes are tested correctly before rolling out to production.
- Track and resolve all reported defects to closure, analyse and identify root cause and ensure fixes are done and tested before implementation.
- Provide post implementation support including production support, user queries and change requests.
- Liaise with internal team and vendor to investigate reported issues, identifying root cause and implementing fixes to resolve issues.
- Support enhancement releases, testing and implementation.
