**Hiring Hospital Administrator**

**Qualification: -** Bsc / Msc Nursing with Diploma in Hospital Admisatration is a must.

**Duty: -** 8 Hrs duty, general Shift (6 days working) 1 weekoff

**Accommodation: -** Will be provided on a very nominal charges

**Location: -** Korba Chhattisgarh

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day operations at the hospital site
- Manage staff attendance and staffing at the hospital ensure full manning at all the time
- Track and monitor the daily MIS, charts and escalations
- Managing the hiring, training, and evaluation
- Developing new policies and procedures to better serve the patient population
- Ensure in-house compliance
- Ensure positive patient experiences at every touchpoint

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bsc / Msc Nursing with Diploma in Hospital Admisatration is a must Experience in a managerial role
- Deep understanding of healthcare law and policies
- Leadership skills, empathy, and personal integrity
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work long hours and often remain on-call

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospital Management: 10 years (preferred)
- Hospital administration: 10 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursuing/BHMS/BUMS/DHA (preferred)
