Urgent opening for AutoCAD/Production Assistant, Navi Mumbai Ghansoli

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AutoCAD/Production Assistant to join our team and play a key role in both design and production processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- CAD Design:

- Utilize AutoCAD software to create accurate 2D and potentially 3D drawings of electronic equipment components and assemblies.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on engineering changes and specifications.
- Maintain a well-organized electronic library of drawings and design files.
- Production Support:

- Assist with production planning by creating bills of materials (BOMs) and assembly instructions.
- Participate in production meetings, taking notes and ensuring clear communication between design and manufacturing teams.
- Perform basic quality control checks on manufactured components.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Additional Duties:

- Assist engineers and other team members with various tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AutoCAD software and electronic manufacturing techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience using AutoCAD software for technical drawings.
- Understanding of electronic components and basic manufacturing processes (a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
