**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Plan and implement daily activities that promote learning and development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Attend to the basic needs of children including feeding, dressing, and hygiene
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and needs
- Monitor and document children's progress and report any concerns to supervisors
- Support emotional and social development through positive guidance and encouragement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a nurturing environment
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols as per center policies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a day care, preschool, or early childhood education setting
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient, and energetic approach to working with children
- Good communication skills in [English / Local Language - as applicable]
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,064.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
