Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate & Co-ordinate with internal team for Smooth operation
- Maintaining Files & Records related to Customer Submissions & Production
- Source and manage suppliers, negotiate costs, and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Monitor product quality, fit, and construction, and ensure adherence to product specifications and standards
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and resolve any issues that may arise
- Travel to suppliers and factories to conduct product inspections and quality checks
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements to ensure a competitive advantage

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in English Communication( Written & Verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office ( Powerpoint & Excel)
- At least 3 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product development, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of apparel manufacturing, materials, and quality standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
