IT Recruiter

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed for open positions.

7. Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate hiring reports.

8. Stay updated on current technology trends, tools, and market dynamics to identify top talent effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of IT/technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms (a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment; prior internships in recruitment will be an advantage.
