**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tele calling Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for sales, follow-ups, or lead generation.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, feedback, and customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Follow communication scripts and maintain a positive, friendly tone with clients.

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, directing visitors, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the office team when required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in tele calling, reception, or front office roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Confident and proactive attitude.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time / Rotational shifts (as per company policy)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
