Cricket Coach

**Key Responsibilities**: - To coach cricket across a range of groups, from beginners to senior, and scholars
- To develop individuals by catering to their needs.
- To feed back to pupils and support their progress and development - To act as a coach and

offer general support prior, during and after events.
- To check the safety of all equipment and facilities before use.
- To be aware and adhere to risk assessments and health and safety guidelines.
- To carry out any such duties as may be reasonably requested.

**Skills**:

- The ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic School and successful Cricket programme.
- Experience of operating professionally and safely within a sporting environment
- Good communication, organizational, administrative and ICT skills.
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people Experience and Knowledge
- Must have played Cricket at a high level
- Experience of cricket coaching in an educational setting would be preferable
- A proven track record of demonstrable training and coaching success
- Experience of collaborating with colleagues
- Up-to-date knowledge of cricket technique, strength and conditioning

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
