The Teacher Junior Coordinator supports the coordination of academic activities, student welfare, and administrative tasks within the educational institution. They work closely with senior faculty members and administrators to ensure smooth operation of educational programs and effective support for students and teachers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Support**:
Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum plans and instructional materials.
Coordinate with teachers to ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards and learning objectives.
Support the review and evaluation of curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements as needed.

**Student Support**:
Provide academic guidance and support to students, including tutoring, mentoring, and academic counseling.
Assist in the identification and support of students with special needs or learning challenges.
Coordinate student enrichment programs, extracurricular activities, and academic competitions.

**Teacher Support**:
Assist teachers with lesson planning, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques.
Coordinate professional development opportunities for teachers, including workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
Serve as a liaison between teachers and administration to address concerns and facilitate communication.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:
Assist in the administration and scoring of student assessments, including exams, quizzes, and standardized tests.
Compile and analyze assessment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and student progress.
Support the implementation of data-driven decision-making processes to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

**Administrative Duties**:
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, scheduling meetings, and managing school supplies.
Coordinate parent-teacher conferences, school events, and other outreach activities.
Help with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
School Culture and Community Engagement:
Promote a positive school culture conducive to student learning, collaboration, and respect.
Engage with parents, community members, and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and support student success.
Participate in school committees, task forces, and initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes and school climate.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Teaching certification/license (if applicable).
Prior experience in education, teaching, or educational administration.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in educational technology and instructional software.
Knowledge of educational best practices, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
