**Experiential Learning Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Sales**:

- Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential corporate and educational clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Gain a deep understanding of our range of services, including day-out packages, team-building activities, and equipment sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Market Analysis**:

- Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to promote our services.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the outdoor adventure or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
