**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to **Pickleball courts and premises**.
- Open and close the facility on time as per booking schedule.
- Maintain a **visitor entry logbook** and allow only authorized individuals.
- Assist in **court lighting and basic maintenance supervision**.
- Handle any **emergency situations** or unusual behavior from visitors calmly.
- Provide **night or late evening security** when courts are operational late (till midnight).
- Ensure **no damage** is done to property, lights, nets, or fences.
- Safeguard **Scan-to-Pay boards, water bottles, and other assets** placed at the venue.
- Report any issues (electrical, plumbing, trespassing) immediately to the owner.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in security/watchman work preferred (sports center/turf/gym).
- Must be reliable, **punctual**, and honest.
- Ability to **stay alert** during night hours (if on night shift).
- Physically fit to stand/walk during shift.
- Basic knowledge of reading/writing in Tamil or English.
- Willingness to work in **outdoor environment**.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
