As a Videographer and Photographer at Internet Monk, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video and photo content for a variety of purposes, including client projects, internal office videos, and travel assignments. You will also play a key role in creating engaging reels, recruiting new team members, and mentoring them to build a strong visual content team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture and produce high-quality videos and photos for client projects, office events, and travel assignments.
- Create engaging reels showcasing the products, services, and stories of our exclusive clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative video concepts for promotional campaigns.
- Manage and organize all visual content assets efficiently.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members to build a strong and cohesive visual content team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in videography and photography.
- Maintain and care for all video and photography equipment.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the high-quality standards of Internet Monk.
