**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Design**: Create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and videos for training modules and company presentations.
- **LMS Content Development**: Develop engaging training content for the LMS, focusing on delivering complex information in an easy-to-understand format for SRs.
- **Video Editing**: Edit videos and add necessary effects, transitions, and audio to enhance learning experiences.
- **Graphic Design**: Design infographics, icons, and visual elements to be used in training modules and other digital content.
- **Content Creation in PowerPoint**: Ability to create content in PowerPoint before making videos is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure that content aligns with training goals and adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Research and Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality of our training content.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding about design software’s such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate training needs into visually engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics trends.
