**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome walk-ins and leads sent by the telecalling team.
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learner goals.
- Present the right program offerings and explain benefits & outcomes.
- Handle objections, clarify doubts, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate admission records and update CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of counseling/admissions experience in EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of student behavior and decision-making patterns.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
