**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care and monitoring for ICU patients
- Perform critical procedures such as **intubation** and **central line insertion**:

- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **MBBS** from a recognized institution
- **Maharashtra Medical Council registration** is **compulsory**:

- Minimum **2 to 3 years of experience** in Central Line/ ICU or critical care settings
- Proficient in performing **intubation** and **central line procedures**:

- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
