**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct stakeholder interviews with dealers, customers, and field agents in the fintech industry. -Travel to various locations to conduct interviews.
- Gather data and insights on customer needs, pain points, and preferences. -Analyze data and present findings to the team.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and feedback.
- Documenting the project by writing, video recording, Voice Recordings and transcripts.

Data Collection includes the following:
a. Secondary Data collection data collected by a organization on its customers through its service history system. data supplied by a marketing organization (online) annual reports on the relevant sector

b. Primary Data collection questionnaires interviews focus group interviews observation case-studies scientific experiments

**Available Locations**

**West India **:Pune, thane

**South India **:Cochin

**North India **:Dehradun to Varanasi to Raipur.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
