Role Proficiency:
Outcomes:

- Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency.
- Translate the UX design into interaction prototypes and artefacts.
- Assists in the collection of client requirements.
- Participate in user research and generate end-user insights under the guidance of leads and specialists.
- Assists in analysing user research data assists in writing report and communicating results to UX and Design team.
- Assists converting research findings into actionable results.
- Executes user testing remote testing paper prototype testing iterative prototype testing and concept testing.
- Design and provide recommendations for enhancements as needed.
- Adheres to standards and processes help others follow the processes
- Mentor Junior Designers
- Collaborates with other members in the pursuit of common missions vision values and mutual goals.

Measures of Outcomes:

- Adherence to project schedule / timelines
- On time completion of mandatory compliance trainings

- Completion of all mandatory training requirements

Outputs Expected:
User Research:

- Participate in user studies and research
- Documenting user stories and problem statements

Testing:

- Execution of Concept and usability testing

Design:

- Independently create UX designs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions on the design by working with other stakeholders

Customer orientation:

- Establish familiarity with customer product branding schemes

Documentation:

- Compile required documentation for the project releases

Reporting:

- Status reporting to team lead

Teamwork:

- Document the best practices for the team members
- Mentor junior team members
- Seeks information on issues impacting the progress

- Responsive Website Design. Bootstrap experience and Cross-browser development is desired - Follow an Iterative User-Centered Research & Design Process. - Work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary design team contributing to UX operational initiatives beyond the scope of their project work (design crits, design ops etc). - Conduct Ethnographic User research. - Define/Develop Personas - Create Feature maps & prioritization - Develop Sitemaps & User Journeys - Create Wireframes & Interaction Models - Conduct User testing - Portfolio and References mandatory.
