**Videographer and Editor Job Description**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Production**:

- Plan and execute video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Direct talent and crew during filming to ensure the desired outcome.
- Maintain equipment in good condition and troubleshoot any technical issues.

2. **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos that meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Use creative storytelling techniques, transitions, and effects to enhance video content.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the narrative.
- Collaborate with team members to review and revise drafts based on feedback.

3. **Post-Production**:

- Color correct and color grade footage to achieve a consistent look and feel.
- Add graphics, titles, and animations to enhance visual appeal and convey information.
- Ensure video files are optimized for various platforms and formats, including web and social media.

4. **Creative Development**:

- Contribute ideas for new video concepts and formats that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on content strategy and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
- A passion for storytelling and visual communication, with a desire to continuously improve your skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
