Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions.
- Cold calling
- Ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
- Involved in end to end selection procedure.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Experience in startup recruitment's is a huge plus.
- Must have experience in stakeholder management.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 20, Panchkula, Zirakpur - 140603, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- IT: 1 year (preferred)
