**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Teach Accountancy to senior secondary classes (XI-XII) as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans focusing on core accounting concepts, financial statements, GST, company accounts, and partnership accounts.
- Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and evaluate academic performance.
- Use practical examples, case studies, and digital tools to strengthen conceptual clarity.
- Guide students in solving numerical problems, preparing for board exams, and developing strong analytical skills.
- Provide extra academic support to students as needed, especially during exam preparation.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, PTMs, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, examination work, and academic improvement strategies.
