We are looking for an Accounts and Taxation Executive to join our Taxation team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing accounts payable, maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with TDS, GST, and other tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting with tax audits. You will work closely with our accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Performing regular financial analysis and reporting to the Accounts Manager.
- Recording Purchase and Expense invoices and purchase orders
- Bank co-ordination and reconciliation
- Creating Suppliers statements and reconciling payments.
- Generating monthly management reports and analyzing key data to help the team make informed decisions.
- Communicating with vendors or other customers involved in the accounting process to ensure timely and accurate payments and reconciliations.
- Conducting research and ensuring compliance with any relevant accounting standards and principles, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Providing customer service, and maintaining professional communication with clients and customers.
- Managing TDS and GST compliance, including payment and filing of returns.
- Preparing and filing monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
- Handling audits and assessments.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of tax liabilities and payments.
- Maintaining tax-related records and reconciling tax-related accounts.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Accounts & taxation, preferably in a Private or Public company knowledge of Accounting, Taxation and GST regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and tax software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasking.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
