As a Sales Representative at Triumph, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of motorcycles, accessories, and related services to customers. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your goal is to increase sales revenue, grow market share, and build strong customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Identify and target new customers through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Provide expert knowledge on Triumph products, including motorcycles, parts, and accessories.
- Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Close sales and follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:

- Stay up to date on Triumph’s products, services, and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to customers.
- Highlight the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Triumph motorcycles and accessories.
- **Sales Targets and Performance**:

- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress and forecasts to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information using CRM systems.
- **Customer Service and Retention**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and post-sales issues.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with service and parts teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experiences.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and service department to meet company goals.
- Participate in training sessions and product updates to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the automotive, motorcycle, or retail industry.
- Strong passion for motorcycles and an understanding of Triumph’s brand, products, and market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to ride motorcycles (preferred but not required).
- [Optional] Previous experience working with high-end or luxury products.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with occasional evenings or weekends based on sales events or customer needs.
- May require travel to trade shows, dealerships, or events.
- Competitive salary with performance-based commission structure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
