- **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to motivate & lead people, hold employees accountable.
- Providing guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluating their performance.
- Business opportunities must be planned and analyzed.
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team.
- Procuring new clients and attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities in order to meet all customer expectations, such as keeping up with competitors, residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, and so on.
- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
- Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
- Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting Sales & Customer Service Management
- To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans
- Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Work on sales scripts with agents
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Rich experience in sales & Team Handling.
- 10 + years relevant experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Must have handled a team of min 15 people or above.
- Excellent negotiation, networking and communication skills.
- Must have the highest ethical standards.
