**Responsibilities**

**_As a Intern of COE CPM GISOCC team, you will be responsible to : _**
- **_You should know all technical documents _**
- **_You should understand the interactions between the products in your scope and the other products _**
- **_You should analyze bugs raised by our key users network _**
- **_You should raise the JIRA ticket (with 5W2H approach) of issues that requires our partner’s expertise _**
- **_You should push for ticket resolution and implementation from our partner _**
- **_You should prepare and participate to tickets review with our partner _**
- **_Capability to handle Data _**
- **_You should be able to handle data and prepare reports _**
- **_You should be able to build scripts in Google apps scripts to automate reporting _**
- **_You should be able to build basic dashboards with the provided data _**
- **_You should be able to test and provide error free reports and dashboards
- **
- **_Coordinate with the Product owner _**
- **_You should report any blocking/major issues which are not under control to your product owner _**
- **_You should participate to Product owner coordination meeting _**
- **_You should provide some metrics on your activities (mainly JIRA metrics) _**

**_Test Activities : _**

**_ Report progress / completion of tasks to Delivery Manager (including KPIs, deliverables ) _**

**_ Establish testing Strategy and prepare requirement for test preparation (environments, profiles, validation _**

**_criteria) _**

**_ To ensure continuous efficiency improvement _**

**_ To collaborate with cybersecurity team to ensure the compliance with Group Standards
- **

**_Apply, ( _**_communicate and ensure if manager _**_) the compliance with the procedures, Environmental, Safety and Security good practices and cyber-security, to know, for their activities and the activities of subcontractors, the potential risks and their consequences, be attentive and be reagent and know the associated action plans. _**
