- Design, implement, and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication solutions.
- Configure and manage backup policies, schedules, and storage repositories.
- Monitor backup performance, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data integrity.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes for virtual and physical environments.
- Implement backup retention policies and compliance requirements.
- Perform regular backup testing and recovery drills to validate data integrity.
- Optimize backup storage and deduplication to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Veeam with VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Ensure disaster recovery strategies align with business continuity plans.
- Document backup configurations, recovery procedures, and system changes.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience with Veeam Backup & Replication in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery, and storage solutions.
- Experience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and cloud backup (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of tape backup solutions, NAS, SAN, and object storage.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Certifications like Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) or related IT certifications are a plus.
