**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hair Styling & Cutting**:

- Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, styling, and blow-drying for men, women, and children.
- **Hair Coloring**:

- Perform expert coloring techniques such as highlights, balayage, ombre, root touch-ups, and creative color services.
- **Hair Treatments**:

- Administer hair treatments like keratin, smoothing, straightening, and scalp therapies.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles or treatments that suit their personality and features.
- **Hygiene & Maintenance**:

- Ensure tools and salon equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and maintained according to industry standards.
- **Upselling Services & Products**:

- Educate clients on salon services and recommend professional products to enhance their experience.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology.
- Proven experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for creativity and staying current with trends.
- Strong customer service and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
