KRA Of Field Officers.

1) convert ratio 20% On the Spot, 20% & 20% by Desk Team against total survey's.

2) Attending Min 6 Physical Survey's Per Day.

3) Sharing the Quotation on time to client.

4) Explaining the Services that will be provided by the APML and for what we are charging & our USP's and why we are different from other's.

5) Giving Clarification & Resolving the Query of the Client.

6) Making Destination Calls in front of Client to Assure them that APML is trust worthy & Taking Expert Advice with our Senior's.

7) Taking their own decision to convert into bookings.

8) Keeping in touch with client till He/ She gets the delivery of his Household goods/ Car at destination.

9) Doing Corporate Visits, Bank Visits, Govt Colony, PSU's Colony visits.

10) Doing Pamphlet distributions, Placing Gate Board, Parking Board, Gagar me Sagar distribution when there are less physical surveys.

11) Crossing Sales while doing the Physical Survey like APML Home Storage, APML Tour & Travel, APML International Shifting.
