**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Creation**:

- Produce engaging banners, posters, brochures, infographics, and other marketing materials for both print and digital.
- Conceptualize and design layouts for landing pages, web visuals, and UX/UI elements as needed.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos, including short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and promotional clips.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and add a dynamic flair to designs.
- Ensure all videos and visuals align with brand identity and effectively convey our storytelling.

**Collaboration**:

- Partner closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual elements support overarching campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to develop cohesive visual content.
- Offer creative insights and suggestions during brainstorming sessions to enhance content quality.

**Adaptability & Consistency**:

- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all mediums.
- Adapt designs and layouts for various digital and print formats, optimizing performance across all platforms.

**Skills**:

- Outstanding creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to clearly convey ideas and effectively receive feedback.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a robust portfolio highlighting your design skills and creativity.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of visual elements such as layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting and explaining design concepts.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
