**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create well-structured questionnaires and surveys tailored to the specific objectives of each research project.
- Develop other necessary research materials, such as discussion guides for qualitative research or data collection instruments.
- Take ownership of the entire research process, from project initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Design the research methodology, including sampling techniques and data collection methods.
- Coordinate data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, or data mining.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous data validation and cleaning.
- Oversee data analysis, employing advanced statistical techniques where necessary.
- Interpret research findings and draw meaningful insights.
- Develop project schedules and timelines, setting clear milestones and deadlines.
- Analyze project costs, including personnel, materials, and external resources.
- Provide input on cost estimation and pricing strategies for proposals. Collaborate with finance or accounting teams, product development teams to reconcile project expenses and budgets.
