We are hiring online/in-house sales executive for Delhi location.

**_Role and responsibilities: _**
- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Responsible for effectively, efficiently, and promptly responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints received via call, whatsapp, Instagram and website to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Building relationships with existing and new customers.
- Generate sales for the organization

**_Requirements: _**
- **Excellent communication skills**
- Active listening skills
- Strong convincing skills
- Prior experience in sales / business development will be plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- **Must be proactive.**

**Experienced and Fresher both can apply**

Attractive Salary + Incentive Plan

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Janakpuri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
