**Job Description**:
**+ Design and Planning**: Develop architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, schematic drawings, and detailed plans, considering client requirements, building codes, and regulations. Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable.

**+ Client Collaboration**: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and functional requirements for the project. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedback for refinement.

**+ Project Management**: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to construction administration. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

**+ Budget and Resource Management**: Develop project budgets and timelines, considering resource allocation and cost estimates. Monitor project expenses and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**+ Documentation and Drawings**: Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other submittals for compliance with design intent.

**+ Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with design specifications and quality standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and work with the project team to find suitable solutions.

**+ Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to integrate their expertise into the overall design. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
