**Job Title: Cold Calling (Sales)

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including logo design, animations, advertisements, print media, posters, banners, branding, social media content, website design and redesign, app design, illustration, as well as 3D and motion graphics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate contact with potential clients from the leads list to introduce graphic design services.
- Craft tailored sales pitches that emphasize the benefits of company services for each lead.
- Present and demonstrate graphic design services effectively to prospective clients.
- Address any questions/concerns raised by leads, providing clear & persuasive responses to overcome objections.
- Identify client needs & preferences through active listening & questioning to customize service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Track sales activities and report performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote(WFH) setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation.
