**Job Position : Tele Caller Executive**

**Location**: Kottayam

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time
**Experience Required**: 0-1 years (Freshers can apply)
**Salary**: 10K-15K

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Good Voice and pitching ability
- Problem Solving Approach
- Positive Attitude

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
