**Job Title**: Female Telecaller Executive

**Location**: Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or service targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through the purchase process.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a telecalling/customer service role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Telugu.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and data entry.
- **Personality**: Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
- **Others**: Ability to work in a team.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.
