**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hardware Design Engineer to oversee our dynamic team of hardware design developers. This role is crucial in advancing the capabilities of enterprise LLMs by guiding the development of innovative hardware design solutions. If you are passionate about leading a team and driving technological advancements, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Mentorship**: Lead and mentor a team of hardware design developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- **Platform Development**: Oversee the development, configuration, and customization of the hardware design platform to generate essential training data for enterprise LLMs.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with research teams to translate requirements into actionable data insights, enhancing LLM performance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the highest standards in coding, debugging, and documentation are maintained across the team.
- **Needs Prioritization**: Identify and prioritize needs across teams to improve the LLMs’ ability to understand and automate complex processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: 7+ years of proven experience in hardware design development.
- **Technical Expertise**: Expertise in HDLs such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, and SystemC.
- **Skill Set**: Strong background in scripting, front-end and verification workflows, and hardware design environment integrations.
- **Leadership**: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
- **Toolchains Familiarity**: Familiarity with Synopsys/Cadence or open-source toolchains.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **UVM Environments**: Expertise in UVM environments.
- **Formal Verification**: Experience in Formal Verification.
- **Lint Process**: Proficiency in Lint process and refinement.
- **Computer Architecture**: Knowledge of Computer Architecture, Assembly Coding, and Debugging.
- **Assertion Coding**: Experience with Assertion Coding.

Pay: ₹2,914.33 - ₹3,330.66 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
