Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing.
1-8 years of experience required.
Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)
Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares.
Issuance and reissuance
Help clients identify their ideal Flight Bookings based on their suggestions and requirements.
- International voice process For Airline Reservations and Sales especially for USA Inbound.
- Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
- Provide end to end service while organizing a trip for booking the Flight tickets, reserving the hotels/cars and creating the itinerary.
- Provide all relevant and essential information to the client regarding their travel itinerary.
- Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
- Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
- Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.

Designing itinerary, costing, booking hotels.
Handling customers for international holiday packages, follow ups with customers and clients.
Would require customization of existing holiday package or building entirely a new package as per customer needs.

Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes etc.

Interacting with the Airlines.
Travel sales process.
Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
