**Responsibilities**
- Attend client meetings to understand content needs and campaign goals
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop platform-specific content.
- Create and publish content in multiple formats including:

- Short-form videos
- Static creatives and carousels
- Captions, hashtags, and copywriting for social posts
- Coordinate with designers and editors as needed
- Monitor content performance and make improvement suggestions
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Support the planning and execution of content calendars

**Requirements**:

- 6-12 months of experience in a social media/content creation role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client-facing interactions
- Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop platforms like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Good sense of visual aesthetics and content storytelling
- Familiarity with social media platforms, their features, and audience behaviors
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,224.74 - ₹43,015.71 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- client servicing: 1 year (preferred)
