To validate suppliers, die casting process for NPD components.

To Certify material consumption & cycle time.

To suggest changes in process wherever required for optimum quality output.
- Hand on Experience of pressure die casting.
- Knowledge on process engineering.
- Should be able to understand tool design vis-à-vis process required

(e.g. machine capacity, speed, feed, pressure, metal temp, die temp, cooling, different alloy composition etc..)
- BE Mechanical or BE Electrical 5 to 7 years’ **experience in Die Casting industry**
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical with min 10 years of experience.

**Experience**:

- Die Casting: 5 years (preferred)
