**1.Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure the safe transportation of Children’s to and from school.
- Maintain a clean driving record with no accidents over the past three years.
- Following the planned route and schedule for departure times and stops.
- Regularly checking vehicle safety such as tires, brakes, turn signals, mechanical equipment, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting fuel consumption.
- Reporting delays, accidents, and emergencies.
- Responding to emergency and nonemergency situations.
- Inspecting the vehicle thoroughly before and after each trip.
- Maintaining a clean vehicle.

**2.Punctuality and Reliability**:

- Arrive at pick-up and drop-off points on time.
- Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure mínimal disruption to children's routines.
- Ability to communicate positively with Children to create a Healthy environment.
- Manage and address Children’s behavior while on the bus.
- Treat all children with respect and fairness, regardless of their background or behavior.
- The driver should be approachable and kind, making Children’s feel comfortable.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
- Experience: At least 3 years.
- License: Valid license
- Record: Must have no accident record.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
