**Data Entry Operator**

As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping records up-to-date. Prior full
- or part-time experience working in data entry is desirable, though not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Gather, collate, and prepare and verify documents, materials, and information for data entry

*Transcribe source data into the required electronic format

*Perform high-volume data entry using word processing tools, spreadsheets, databases, or other computer software

*Verify integrity of data by comparing it to its source and maintain logs

*Maintain a filing system and protect confidential information

*Research to obtain information for incomplete material

*Retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system in the format requested

*Work closely with the specialists and sales teams

*Clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed

*Compliance with processes set and testing new systems and software updates

*Coordinating with departments and locations as required

*Assisting team with client queries, attending phone calls, and attending to gallery visitors when required.

**Skills and Experience**

*Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English)

*Ability to organize and manage time

*Ability to work well within a team as well as with mínimal supervision

*Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

*Attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods of time

*Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

*Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office and a basic
*knowledge of databases

*Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations and digital and paper filing systems

*Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet with data handled

*Willing to adjust to long hours, if necessary, particularly during sale deadlines, exhibitions, and auctions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,010.48 - ₹26,814.14 per month
