**Full Job Description**
- Design and develop training materials and curriculum that cover foundational concepts of cybersecurity, including network security, cryptography, secure coding, incident response, and other relevant topics. Create interactive content and exercises to facilitate effective learning.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, or courses either in-person or through virtual platforms. Deliver lectures, presentations, and demonstrations to educate participants on cybersecurity principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of different groups, such as IT professionals, developers, or executives. Adapt training content and examples to different industries or compliance standards.
- Familiarize participants with cybersecurity tools, technologies, and frameworks commonly used in the industry. Provide hands-on experience with tools such as network scanners, intrusion detection systems, and security assessment platforms.
- Keep participants informed about the current threat landscape, emerging cyber threats, and attack techniques. Discuss real-world examples and case studies to demonstrate the impact of cybersecurity incidents and the importance of proactive defense.
- Educate participants about relevant cybersecurity regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Help them understand how to align their cybersecurity practices with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training on incident response procedures, including incident identification, containment, eradication, and recovery. Simulate and discuss scenarios to help participants develop incident handling skills.
- Develop assessment methods to measure participants' understanding and proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and skills. Administer quizzes, hands-on assessments, or capture-the-flag (CTF) challenges to evaluate their abilities. Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures. Engage in professional development by attending conferences, webinars, or obtaining industry certifications. Share new knowledge and resources with participants.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
