**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with educational institutions and partner organizations to promote overseas education programs and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to attract new students and enhance brand visibility.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and coordinating with other team members to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational policies, and visa regulations to provide relevant and timely information to students.
- Report directly to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on student enrollment, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in the overseas education industry as a counselor or administrator would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of individuals.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be able to commute to the Calicut office on a daily basis.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
