Coordinate and oversee transportation operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Plan and schedule transportation routes, taking into consideration factors such as distance, traffic, and delivery deadlines.
- Liaise with drivers, logistics personnel, and other stakeholders to communicate transport requirements and instructions.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring they are on schedule and delivered according to customer specifications.
- Handle and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays, proactively communicating updates to relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate transportation rates and services, ensuring cost-effective and reliable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Provide support and guidance to drivers, addressing their concerns and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement in transportation operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a transport coordinator or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation logistics, routes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) or related software for tracking and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address transport-related challenges and make timely adjustments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in transportation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
