Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of WTP Plant Operator across Madhya Pradesh.

**Job summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WTP Plant Operator who will responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of water treatment facilities, which include the processes of treating, purifying, and distributing water for rural and urban areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment used in water treatment processes, such as pumps, filters, chemical feeders, and tanks.
- Adjust chemical dosing levels, water flow rates, and other process parameters to ensure water quality meets regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing equipment parts.
- Conduct regular tests on water samples to check for parameters like pH, chlorine levels, turbidity, and other water quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal water quality regulations.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure smooth operation.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Education: High school / diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or a related field.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location: Madhya Pradesh

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
